Housing is related to the Hood River City Council identification of “affordable housing” as a top goal.  The city commissioned an analysis of housing need that was completed in 2015.  It is known as the Hood River Housing Needs Analysis (HNA).

“Gorge 2020” is a three-year process to review, and revise as necessary, the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area Management Plan.
